Lead Business Finance (Manufacturing)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead manufacturing finance operations, drive cost controls, strengthen financial governance, and build scalable processes across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage manufacturing finance, costing, and profitability analysis.

- Monitor production costs, yield efficiencies, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Review commercial agreements, billing, reconciliations, and financial controls.

- Develop MIS, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.

- Implement robust finance processes, controls, and SOPs.

- Lead and mentor a finance team while driving accountability and performance.

- Support audits, due diligences, fundraising activities, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA/CMA.

- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance.

- Strong exposure to FMCG, Food, or Consumer Goods manufacturing.

- Experience in cost control, commercial finance, and financial planning.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

- Experience working with contract/third-party manufacturing setups is preferred.
