Our client, a leading Series B D2C retail organization, is looking to hire a high-impact Business Finance Lead to partner closely with leadership and drive strategic financial decision-making.

What Were Looking For:

- CA / MBA / CFA with 7-15 years of experience

- Strong experience in FP&A, business finance, and commercial finance

- Proven exposure to margin improvement & inventory management

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Prior experience in a D2C / consumer / retail setup is a must

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business partnering across functions including Sales & Operations

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Work on pricing strategy, profitability analysis & business modelling

- Drive margin optimization and working capital improvement initiatives

- Present strategic financial insights to leadership for business decisions

- Track key financial & operational KPIs and drive performance visibility
