Our client is a fast- growing Series A- funded health- tech company based in Bangalore, currently scaling rapidly across India. The organisation is in an exciting growth phase, strengthening its leadership team and building robust internal functions. It offers a dynamic, fast- paced, innovation- driven environment with strong backing from reputed investors. The company is now hiring a Business Finance Lead to drive all business finance functions, support strategic decision- making, and partner closely with senior leadership to enable growth.

Requirements:

- 5- 8 years in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech- enabled businesses.

- CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent preferred.

- Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficient in dashboards, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for FP&A.

- Exposure to pricing, sales incentives, and margin analysis in a recurring revenue environment is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

- Lead end- to- end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across geographies and functions.

- Manage annual and rolling forecasts for 12- month and 3- year horizons.

- Present financial models and scenario planning to aid business decisions.

- Continuously improve the planning process for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Monitor and improve gross margins, unit economics, and CAC/LTV across.

- Drive initiatives to optimize costs, improve working capital, and support EBITDA goals.

- Identify areas for automation and process improvement within revenue and cost tracking.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Deliver insightful monthly and ad- hoc performance reports.

- Analyze key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Create executive- ready analysis packs across historical and projected timelines.

- Drive strategic recommendations backed by numbers.

Board & Investor Communication:

- Develop high- quality board and investor decks aligned with business priorities.

- Translate financial data into narratives for senior stakeholders.

- Support CEO/CFO with robust data during board meetings and investor calls.
