Business Finance Controller - Spares Business

Job Description:

Role Purpose:

The Spares Business Finance Controller will act as a finance partner to the aftermarket/spares business, responsible for financial planning, performance monitoring, dealer credit management, and working capital optimization.

The role will support commercial decision-making while ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective governance across the dealer network and spares value chain.

- Financial Planning & Business Partnering

- Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting

- Profitability & Performance Management

- Dealer Credit & Receivables Management

- Dealer Financing / Channel Finance

- Inventory & Working Capital Management

- Controls, Statutory Audit & Internal Audit

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong FP&A and business finance capabilities

- Knowledge of dealer network economics and aftermarket business models

- Experience in credit limit management and dealer/channel financing

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Experience in financial closing, MIS reporting, and audit coordination

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Automotive / Commercial Vehicles / Manufacturing/FMCG

- Experience in aftermarket or dealer network finance will be an advantage.
