Business Finance Analyst - CA

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with strong expertise in MIS, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business modelling, profitability analysis, and cash flow management.

The role will support management with actionable financial insights, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, management reports, and business performance dashboards.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Conduct detailed financial and profitability analysis across businesses, projects, and cost centers.

- Develop and maintain financial models and business models to support strategic decisions.

- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key business drivers.

- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements.

- Identify financial trends, variances, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.

- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and investigate significant variances.

- Support business teams and senior management with financial analysis for key initiatives and investments.

- Develop financial projections and scenario-based analysis for business planning.

- Work closely with Accounts, Finance, Business, and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

- Support management in evaluating business performance and making data-driven strategic decisions.

- Improve financial reporting processes, controls, and analytical frameworks.

Required Candidate Profile:

- CA with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Analysis.

- Strong proficiency in MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and business modelling.

- Strong understanding of profitability analysis, cash flow, P&L, and variance analysis.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
