We're partnering with a fast- growing Fintech startup that's redefining how startups and SMEs access capital. They're looking for a Business Expansion Manager - a hustler with strong financial acumen, deal- making skills and the ability to engage confidently with Founders, Promoters and CFOs.
In this role, you'll own revenue targets, source high- value debt deals and advise businesses on tailored capital solutions - from working capital and venture debt to structured loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by originating and closing debt transactions across startups, SMEs, and emerging corporates.
- Build and nurture relationships with Founders/CXOs through proactive outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage a strong deal pipeline and deliver customized financing recommendations.
- Lead negotiations and ensure end- to- end execution from evaluation to final closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain speed and precision in deal flow.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing debt or structured finance solutions for growth- stage or mid- market companies.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, capital structures and credit analysis.
- Expertise in secured/unsecured loans, cash flow lending, invoice discounting or revenue- based financing.
- Strong relationship- building and negotiation skills with CXO- level stakeholders.
- Hands- on with CRMs and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- MBA from a Tier1/Tier2.
