- Analyze campaign performance, lead generation, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning, market reach, and customer engagement.

- Coordinate with marketing leadership to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

- Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends to support strategic planning.

- Monitor CRM performance, customer engagement, retention, satisfaction, and customer lifecycle metrics.

- Analyze customer data to identify buying patterns, retention opportunities, and potential revenue growth.

- Review customer feedback, escalations, and service-related trends to recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with CRM and customer-facing teams to improve customer experience and relationship management.

- Support initiatives focused on customer retention, repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.

- Develop and review dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards covering Sales, Marketing, and CRM.

- Track key business KPIs, targets, budgets, forecasts, and actual performance against planned objectives.

- Prepare periodic business reviews, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations for the Chairman.

- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance deviations and recommend actionable solutions.

- Leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools to generate meaningful business insights.
