
We are looking for a high-impact, execution-oriented leader to join our executive track as Lead - Business Strategy & Transformation. This role will work at the intersection of growth, transformation, operations, and leadership development.
Strategy & Vision
- Shape and evolve the company's multi-year strategic roadmap, in alignment with the board and CEO
- Identify and validate new market entry opportunities (geography, verticals, services)
- Lead business model innovation, value chain redesign, and performance acceleration programs
Business Transformation
- Lead transformation initiatives across customer experience, field operations, and delivery
- Drive end-to-end business process improvement and digitization efforts
- Champion operational KPIs across business units and hold leadership accountable for impact
Growth & Partnerships
- Cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to unlock new business lines
- Build ecosystem relationships that enhance our market credibility and capabilities
- Pilot GTMs and expansion frameworks, starting with hands-on initiatives before delegation
Leadership Development & Organizational Growth
- Coach and guide cross-functional heads; influence CXO-level decisions through trust and data
- Identify and build the next generation of leaders within the business
- Set the tone for a culture of ownership, learning, and integrity
Board & Executive Stakeholder Reporting
- Drive reporting and communication for transformation programs and strategic progress
- Build frameworks to measure sustainability, resilience, and innovation capability
Ideal Background
- Education: MBA / PGDM from a top-tier B-school (IIM, ISB, or global equivalent); technical undergrad preferred
- Experience: 3-8 years across strategy, operations, transformation, or business leadership roles
- Track Record: Hands-on leader with a balance of executional depth and strategic clarity
