Business Director - Fashion/Footwear Retail

The Business Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's brand in footwear and kids-wear. This includes retail operations, merchandising, new store project management, buy planning, and account management with respective franchisors.

This role focuses heavily on retail operations, stock planning, merchandising strategy, and store expansion projects-ensuring consistent brand standards, excellent customer experience and optimized operations across all locations.

Experience Desired :

- 10+ years of experience managing and leading in footwear retail is mandatory, ideally 5 years of which are in a leadership role, reporting to final stakeholders.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, able to navigate different interests and build consensus in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
