About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Business Leader to drive revenue growth, strategic client partnerships, and experiential excellence across our Events & Activations business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client leadership, and innovation, with a strong mandate to scale key accounts, win new business, and elevate event experiences through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth & New Business:

- Drive new business acquisition and revenue expansion across events and experiential marketing mandates

- Partner with leadership to build and execute growth strategies for key sectors and clients

- Lead client pitches, presentations, and commercial negotiations

- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to closure

2. Client Partnerships & Account Leadership:

- Build and scale long-term relationships with key enterprise clients

- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on brand activations and experiential campaigns

- Drive account growth, cross-selling, and repeat business

- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement

3. Experiential & Events Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale events, activations, and experiential campaigns

- Translate client briefs into innovative, high-impact experiences

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality, and timelines

- Bring strong understanding of on-ground execution and event workflows

4. Technology & Innovation in Events:

- Identify and implement cutting-edge event technologies (virtual/hybrid platforms, engagement tools, automation, immersive tech)

- Drive innovation-led differentiation in event experiences

- Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate tech solutions into event delivery

5. Leadership & Strategic Execution:

- Work closely with senior leadership to scale the events & activation function

- Lead high-impact projects and ensure business outcomes, quality standards, and timelines

- Mentor teams and foster a high-performance, client-first culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Events, Activations, or Experiential Marketing

- Proven track record in business development, revenue growth, and client acquisition

- Strong experience in managing and growing key client accounts independently

- Hands-on expertise across corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns

- Solid understanding of event technology and its application in modern event ecosystems

- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end projects from concept to execution

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills (CXO-level exposure preferred)

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution bias
