Role Summary:

- The Business Development Specialist will be instrumental in driving sales and business growth within hospitality, luxury office leasing, and serviced workspace sectors.

- This client-focused professional will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the nuanced needs of premium clientele.

- This role requires commercial insight, expert negotiation skills, and exceptional communication capabilities to close high-value deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Generate revenue growth through room sales, luxury office leasing, or serviced workspace sales.

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue streams.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, and key decision-makers.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours to effectively communicate value propositions.

- Deliver exceptional client service ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, proposals, and follow-ups.

Market & Competitor Insights:

- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within hospitality and luxury office markets.

- Provide market and competitive insights to inform leadership and refine business strategies.

- Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, and trade exhibitions.

Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional initiatives targeting premium clientele.

- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and superior client service delivery.

- Collaborate with finance on pricing, contracts, and forecasting activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in room sales, luxury office leasing, hotel sales, or serviced workspace.

- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in premium or high-value markets.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging senior executives and decision-makers.

- Commercial acumen with understanding of P&L, pricing strategies, and contract management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or related field; MBA is desirable.
