Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, high-potential Business Development Specialists to help expand our digital B2B footprint across global markets (currently in 186+ countries).

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-semester students, as well as early-career professionals looking to fast-track their growth in the global SaaS ecosystem.

You will be responsible for driving business conversations with international prospects, positioning our AI-driven solutions, and supporting the companys revenue acceleration strategy all through digital, voice, and video channels (no travelling sales).

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage global prospects using digital, voice, and video channels to drive qualified opportunities

- Identify, analyze, and target key customer segments and corporate decision-makers

- Develop deep product expertise and articulate how peopleHums capabilities solve customer challenges

- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, tailoring solutions to customer needs

- Use data, insights, and market intelligence to refine outreach strategies and support GTM initiatives

- Execute full-cycle digital sales activities from prospecting to closure

- Maintain high-quality internal and external communication for accurate reporting and collaboration

- Contribute to the strategic growth of peopleHums global digital sales engine
