Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable IT products and services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies and customer expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and workshops to continuously improve sales skills
