Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented IT Sales / Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales and a passion for building client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable IT products and services

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies and customer expectations

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

- Participate in sales meetings, training, and workshops to continuously improve sales skills


Candidate Requirements:


- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

- 1-4 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related roles

- Basic understanding of IT products, software, cloud services, and solutio
