Skills Required:
- Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
- Specific experience in NON IT or NON IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting and farming of clients
- Excellent English Communication skills - written and oral
- Knowledge about the current market trends especially NON IT industry related to staffing services
- Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
- Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
Job Summary:
- Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for staffing services for Ciel HR for pan-India market
- Grow the business of Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions
- Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)
- Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients in the chosen focus industry segments
- Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, SMB and start-ups
- Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
- Work with the 40 offices of Ciel across India and ensure co-ordination on delivery and acquisition of clients spread across pan-India
- Uphold the brand of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
