Business Development Role - Real Estate Sector - BFSI

Job Description:

Our client, a NBFC, is looking for a candidate who has worked only in the Real Estate Sector. The job involves the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively source, originate, and secure structured debt syndication mandates from real estate developers.

- Evaluate, structure, and execute complex real estate transactions including Construction Finance, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Inventory Funding.

- Oversee complete deal lifecycle.

- Build, strengthen, and leverage relationships with key senior stakeholders, credit heads, and decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Real Estate funds, and Private Equity funds.

- Ensure all deal structures strictly adhere to institutional credit risk parameters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong Command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Advanced Financial Modelling along with Financial Analysis.

- Deep understanding of real estate regulations and local micro - market credit dynamics.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Multi-tasking and capability to independently manage end-to-end deal lifecycles under aggressive timelines.
