Key Responsibilities:
- Explore New Markets: Identify opportunities and grow business in the quartz segment.
- Client Management: Build relationships with architects, builders, fabricators, and distributors.
- Sales: Generate leads, present quartz products, negotiate, and close deals.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and availability.
- Market Research: Track trends, pricing, and competitors to guide strategy.
- Brand Promotion: Support marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Revenue Growth: Meet sales targets and grow the quartz division profitably.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in quartz, stone, or building materials)
- Experience in international sales and exports
- Understanding of export laws and documentation
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and relationship building
- Ability to analyze global markets and competitors
- Good communication and cultural awareness
- Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain
Good to Have:
- Background in quartz or building materials
- Understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Technical knowledge of quartz (fabrication, installation, standards)
- Existing network in the construction or quartz industry
- Knowledge of foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic)
