KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Growth Management and New Client business partnering (Lead generation, strategic conversations, meetings, creds, follow ups, proposals, conversions, and sales closures. Work with team who will deliver the goods, but he will remain in the loop to ensure client objectives are met and use that to propel further conversations)
1. Grow FMCG Vertical
2. Disrupt Future Tech - Exponential growth
3. Kick off SMEs, BigTech, Web 3.0 vertical
- Manage sales funnel for core clients
1. Existing clients (tracking, upselling and cross selling process according to business plan)
Other responsibilities
1. Creating a business development culture and growth mindset in the team
2. Tracking and optimising efficiencies for BD
3. Build a forecast system to predict business & hence resources required
4. Leverage LinkedIn & other lead generation techniques with tangible KPIs
5. Input into business for future years to identify opportunities in Bangalore market
6. Strategic client outreach initiatives such as events, newsletters etc.
