Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT products and services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, managed services, etc.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models to pitch to clients.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize client retention and upselling.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, expos, and networking events.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience 2+ in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders
