Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, with recent exposure to sectors such as 3PL, Industrial Real Estate, Logistics, or Supply Chain Solutions.
Industry Network: Well-connected within industrial or retail, and /or government sectors. Should have generate leads and source deals directly from the market.
Communication Skills: Confident, fluent in English, and demonstrates high energy and enthusiasm.
Education: MBA (mandatory); BE (preferred).
Geographical Fit: Candidates should have experience across Indian geographies and must currently be based in Mumbai or have a compelling reason to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities across target Industrial sectors which ensues into qualified leads
- Support DVP, Business development for Industrial BD development and direct lead management for Industrial sector
- Research, prospect & qualify leads from databases provided by Marketing
- Attend events/conferences planned by Marketing to meet with potential clients
- Producing reports & MIS for BD from CRM
- Monitoring productivity and efficiency of CRM
