What You'll Own:

Sales Strategy:

- Design and implement a focused GTM strategy for central government ministries and PSUs.

Government Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with central ministries, PSUs, and key decision-makers.

- Influence buying decisions through consultative solutioning and impactful presentations.

Bid Management & Compliance:

- Lead the complete bid lifecycle - RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, consortiums, pricing, and proposal submissions.

- Ensure full compliance with government norms and procurement regulations.

Pipeline Ownership:

- Own sales targets and grow revenues from central government accounts.

- Build a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with pre-sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to co-create tailored solutions.

- Engage with OEMs, partners, and SIs to build joint value propositions.

What You Bring:

- 15-20 years of experience in IT Services Sales - strong focus on Central Government / PSU clients

- Proven record of closing large-value government deals

- Deep understanding of government procurement, empanelment, tendering, and public-sector deal cycles

- Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
