ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development for India within the Advisory & Transaction Services department. Additionally responsible for managing the Account Management platform for North India.
- Proactively reach out to new occupier clients to generate new business leads.
- Research and identify potential clients within targeted industry segments.
- Qualify leads and assess client needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Lead Generation, Prospecting, Sales Outreach, Cold Calling (if applicable), Business Development, Client Acquisition.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking current real estate values and property development potential, including land use restrictions; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations for conducting accurate appraisals.
- Candidate will be responsible for client coordination, team coordination, expertise in financial modelling, complex assignment handling and planning
