About the Role:

- We are looking for a high-energy Sales Professional with a strong hunting mindset to drive new business acquisition across the domestic market.

- This is a pure hunter role focused on adding new enterprise/corporate clients (new logos) within the FinTech, NBFC, and Banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the domestic FinTech/NBFC/Banking space.

- Build a robust pipeline of high-value corporate accounts and drive the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.

- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.

- Conduct client presentations, solution demos, and proposal negotiations.

- Collaborate with internal pre-sales/product teams to ensure client success.

- Report weekly/monthly progress and ensure consistent pipeline momentum.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking industries.

- Proven track record of acquiring new logos and meeting sales targets.

- Strong network within the BFSI domain, especially in South India.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Based out of Bangalore and familiar with the local market dynamics
