What You'll Do - Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel Recruiterflow's sales pipeline.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America and UK markets.
- Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
- A track record in prospecting the North American market, and international experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
