What You'll Do - Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities to fuel Recruiterflow's sales pipeline.

- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America and UK markets.

- Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Required Skills:

- At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).

- A track record in prospecting the North American market, and international experience is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High energy and a positive attitude.

- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Proficient in prospecting and segmenting leads.

- Ability to quickly analyze data to categorize prospects effectively.

- Experience in creating and using personalized videos.

- Strong cold calling skills.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Quick comprehension and implementation of new concepts.

- Creative in proposing innovative ways to engage prospects and boost demo rates.

- Skillful in initiating conversations with strangers and transitioning to product discussions.

- Awareness of current events and trends.

- Technically proficient with CRM systems, ideally with personal experience using one.
