About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and a proven track record of working with US- based clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Event Tech industry and be skilled in lead generation, prospecting, and driving high- quality sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in the US Event Tech market.
- Execute targeted outbound strategies (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to build a healthy pipeline.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Engage decision- makers in the events, conferences, and exhibitions domain to understand their pain points.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Maintain updated records of all outreach activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
Requirements:
- 4- 6 years of proven experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong exposure to US clients/markets with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Mandatory experience in the Event Tech industry (selling SaaS solutions to event/conference organizers, exhibitors, or similar).
- Expertise in outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a US shift (Night shift IST) environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of Event Tech SaaS products (virtual/hybrid event platforms, registration systems, engagement tools, etc.).
- Knowledge of sales funnels, SaaS metrics, and ABM strategies.
- Experience in enterprise- level SaaS sales.
