Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Development Real Estate (Project Evaluation Specialist) with strong expertise in DCPR 2034 (Development Control and Promotion Regulations).

Key Responsibilities:

Project Evaluation & Feasibility

- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies including financial modeling, site analysis, market research, and cost-benefit analysis.

- Evaluate project profitability, investment potential, and long-term business impact.

Financial Analysis & Risk Management

- Analyze project budgets, financing structures, and cash flow projections.

- Identify financial, regulatory, environmental, and operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Market Research & Business Insights

- Monitor local and global real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Provide insights for project positioning, pricing, and investment strategy.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance

- Ensure projects comply with zoning laws, DCPR 2034 guidelines, building codes, and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for approvals and documentation.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Support leadership in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Reporting & Presentation

- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

- Conduct post-project evaluations comparing planned vs. actual outcomes to drive future improvements.
