The current model consist of team of 7 professional recruiter supporting Ally executive operation from a Work from Home model ( Full time ) on a profit sharing model. The organisation now intents to set up its different verticals in staff augmentation and RPO space along with converting the existing model to a full infrastructure setup at Noida. With a strong core team of 7 professional working in a very dynamic ecosystem we cater to our clients toughest needs as they rely on us. Ideally preferred- - Understanding of recruiting operation - Past exp in business dev for recruitment/ staffing firms - Able to add new logos to the firm As a business development manager, you'll need to : - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients - Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
