Role Overview


- We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) US Staffing to fuel our growth in the North American market.


- This is a full-time, remote role focused on acquiring new clients, expanding strategic accounts, and driving revenue within the US staffing and workforce solutions domain.


- The ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong client pipelines, closing high-value staffing contracts, and working closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver top-tier talent.


- The role includes a planned trajectory to obtain a B1 visa within the first year for business travel and client engagement in the US.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Client Acquisition


- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the US IT staffing and workforce solutions market.


- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.


- Develop customized proposals and pitch staffing solutions tailored to client needs.


Client Relationship Management


- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and enterprise decision-makers.


- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.


- Conduct regular business reviews and account mapping to drive deeper penetration in existing accounts.


Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth


- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and GP targets for staffing services.


- Negotiate rate cards, MSP/VMS contracts, SOWs, and partnership agreements.


- Track and report sales performance, insights, forecasts, and key metrics using CRM tools.


Collaboration & Delivery Enablement


- Partner closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure rapid and accurate candidate delivery.


- Share market insights, hiring trends, and client feedback to improve delivery effectiveness.


- Participate in strategic planning, pricing discussions, and new service offerings.


Market Intelligence & Research


- Conduct ongoing research on US staffing trends, competitive landscape, industry verticals, and workforce demand.


- Identify emerging opportunities within technology, engineering, healthcare, and professional staffing domains.


Travel & Onsite Engagement


- Work toward obtaining a B1 visa within the first year for client visits, relationship building, and business expansion in the US market.


Qualifications & Skills


Must-Have


- 4-10 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.


- Proven track record of achieving revenue and GP targets in staffing or workforce solutions.


- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, VMS/MSP ecosystems, and staffing models (C2C, C2H, W2, SOW).


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales reporting.


Good to Have


- Experience interacting with enterprise/fortune clients, MSP channels, or direct clients in the US.


- Familiarity with BOT, Managed Services, and Offshore Delivery models.


- Prior exposure to B1 visa processing or previous business travel to the US.


- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Sales, or related field
