Job Role: Business Development Manager - Supply Chain
Location: Ahmedabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales and drive business growth within the targeted cluster by establishing and expanding a customer base across Supply Chain Finance, Channel Finance, and Dealer Finance segments.
- Expand the customer base across both strategic and high-potential locations within the region.
- Assess alternative strategies by analyzing expected outcomes and potential returns.
- Enhance share of the SME wallet by onboarding customers across a suite of products, including credit services and related financial solutions.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in managing mid-corporate segment.
- Strong pedigree/academic background.
- Extremely self-driven & hardworking with the ability to lead teams.
- Excellent communication skills and man-to-man sales skills.
- Hunger to grow in the company and add value to the SMEs across the country.
- Can work in high pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done.
- Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi, English, and local language
