- Our client is a dynamic HR tech company specializing in healthcare staffing, dedicated to providing innovative and scalable workforce solutions.
- As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking to onboard a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives and build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare clients and partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, and senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Design and execute inside sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Run direct marketing campaigns using emails, calls, and web-based platforms.
- Utilize available databases and research tools for targeted outreach.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups for conversions.
- Contribute to building the business development roadmap and sales best practices.
- Stay client-focused with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable results.
Required Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B business development or inside sales
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Results-oriented, highly driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Assertive and disciplined, with leadership qualities to drive initiatives independently.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
