Job Description:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Staffing Department.

- The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire new clients for our staffing and recruitment services, build long-term relationships, and drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services.

- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client references.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

- Conduct meetings with clients to understand manpower requirements and propose customized staffing solutions.

- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.

- Handle client negotiations, contract closures, and renewals.

- Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate reports of client interactions, proposals, and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry.

- Strong understanding of contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire (C2H) staffing models.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong client relationship management and target-achievement mindset.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
