Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the IT & Non-IT staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition in the staffing and recruitment industry
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand and analyze client hiring needs to offer customized staffing solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure seamless and timely execution
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools
Skillsets Required:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development roles within IT & Non-IT staffing/recruitment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and staffing processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with staffing tools, CRM, and MS Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
