Business Development Manager - Seating

Location: Pune
Role: Business Development Manager - Seating
Experience: 2-8 years in Automotive Sales or Business Development (preferably in seating, foaming, or fastening applications)
CTC: - 10-15 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in automotive seating and foaming.
- Build relationships with design, R&D, and procurement teams to drive early project engagement.
- Achieve sales targets, manage RFQs/RFIs, and coordinate technical feasibility with internal teams.
- Maintain strong account relationships with top suppliers like Lear, Adient, Tachi-S, Magna, etc.
- Stay updated on market trends, seat design evolution, and material innovations.
Who You Are:
- A proactive, tech-savvy business developer with experience in automotive components or materials.
- You understand OEM/Tier 1 processes, have a network in the industry, and can translate technical discussions into business wins.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoy strategic selling.
