About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys consultative selling, and can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

What Youll Do?

End-to-End Sales Ownership:

- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification pitching negotiation closure

- Drive new client acquisition in B2B (SaaS / Services / Design / Tech)

- Consistently achieve revenue targets and growth metrics

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:

- Generate and manage pipeline through outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads

- Identify ICP-fit companies and key decision-makers (CXOs, founders, product leaders)

- Build and maintain a strong sales funnel

Consultative Selling & Client Engagement:

- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions

- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders

- Lead negotiations and deal closures independently

Sales Collateral & Pitching:

- Create and deliver high-impact sales decks, proposals, and presentations

- Tailor pitches based on client use case, industry, and business needs

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work closely with founders, marketing, and delivery teams

- Mentor/guide SDRs or junior BD team members (if applicable)

- Contribute to improving sales processes and playbooks

Must Have (Non-Negotiable):

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B)

- Proven experience in end-to-end sales cycle ownership (lead to closure)

- Strong track record of client acquisition & revenue generation

- Experience in consultative / solution-based selling

- Experience engaging with CXOs / founders / senior stakeholders

- Strong expertise in creating proposals, pitch decks & presentations

- Prior experience in mentoring/leading a BD/SDR team

- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Good to Have:

- Experience in B2B SaaS / Design agencies / Tech services

- Exposure to startup environments

- Strong storytelling and pitching skills
