
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in valet parking across target sectors (hotels, malls, hospitals, events, airports, etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Proposal & Contract Management:
- Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies for potential clients.
- Collaborate with operations and legal teams for contract finalization and service deployment.
Brand Representation & Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
