
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the Facades industry or Building Materials and strong connections with Architects is preferred.
- This role requires high self-motivation, discipline, and a strong focus on sales conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound meetings with clients and Architects to promote and pitch products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, especially within the architecture and construction ecosystem.
- Provide excellent customer service through consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies.
Skillset / Requirements:
- Master's in any related field.
- Proven experience conducting outbound sales meetings and client interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
