About the Role: If you've spent the last few years mastering the art of outbound B2B SaaS sales to the US market, this one's tailor-made for you. We're on the hunt for a Sales Leader who's been in the trenches cold calling, running impactful outbound campaigns, building robust pipeline, and most importantly, leading and scaling high-performing BDR teams focused on the North American market. As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales engine, responsible for strategy, execution, and the growth of your team. Key Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and optimize the outbound sales strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the US / North American B2B SaaS market. - Lead, mentor, coach, and manage a team of 4+ Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to consistently achieve and exceed targets. - Drive the execution of multi-channel outbound campaigns, including cold calling, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective prospecting and qualification. - Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. - Ensure the team's proficient use of CRM and other sales tools for accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management. - Collaborate closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs, refine messaging, and align on target accounts. - Develop and deliver ongoing training and coaching to enhance the BDRs' sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding. - Foster a high-energy, performance-oriented, and collaborative team culture with an emphasis on continuous learning and a hustle mindset. - Be comfortable working late evenings to align with US/North American business hours for team management and prospect engagement. - Report on key sales metrics, team performance, and market insights to senior leadership. Heres what were looking for: - 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, with significant experience in the US/Europe market. - 3+ recent years of experience specifically within a top-tier SaaS company, showcasing experience in mature and effective sales environments. - 2+ years of direct experience leading and managing a team of at least 4 Business Development Representatives (BDRs). - Strong, hands-on experience in driving outbound motion, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting. - Data-driven and analytical, with fluency in CRM usage and a strong focus on performance metrics. - Comfortable working late evenings to align with US/North American prospects and team schedules. - Possess EQ-heavy leadership skills, a strong hustle mindset, and a bias for action in achieving results.
