We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager experienced in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, account management, and strategic sales within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development

- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for RPO and staff augmentation services across multiple industries (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, E-commerce, etc.).

- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.

- Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing models for client presentations.

- Account Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Upsell and cross-sell additional recruitment solutions (permanent hiring, contract staffing, project-based hiring).

- Coordinate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.

- Strategic Planning & Reporting

- Develop sales strategies, set revenue targets, and manage the complete sales cycle.

- Track business performance metrics and present periodic reports to management.

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing to refine sales approach.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven track record in selling RPO / staffing / recruitment solutions to corporates or enterprise clients.

- Strong understanding of recruitment delivery models, hiring lifecycle, and client requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Network of HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Hiring Managers preferred.

Qualification:

- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or HR preferred.

- 4-10 years of relevant business development experience in recruitment or staffing services.
