Role Overview
This high-impact role is the engine of our brand expansion strategy. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial identification and commercial negotiation to successful onboarding and growth management, focusing on maximizing the value of our brand ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:
- Brand Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard leading consumer brands across high-potential categories, including lifestyle, retail, travel, entertainment, and digital services.
- Business Growth: Drive rapid category expansion and strategically explore new business verticals to diversify and enhance the value proposition of our digital platform.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead commercial negotiations and manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, ensuring contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with company profitability goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partner offerings seamlessly and launch successful joint campaigns.
- Stakeholder Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations to enhance our brand visibility, drive long-term value, and unlock new joint opportunities.
Who Were Looking For:
Experience (Mandatory): 6-10 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Alliances, or Strategic Partnerships, with a proven history of closing and managing complex deals.
Domain Exposure: Strong exposure to dynamic sectors such as E-Commerce, Fintech, Loyalty, or Digital Platforms, with an understanding of digital consumer engagement models.
Core Competencies: Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills essential for leading high-level commercial discussions.
Mindset: A dynamic, self-starter who is passionate about digital innovation and outcome-driven.
