Role Summary

The Senior BDM will be the primary revenue driver, responsible for establishing and scaling the market presence for our manufactured solar products across both the Commercial & Industrial (Rooftop) and Utility-Scale (Ground-Mounted) segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the Go-to-Market Strategy to achieve aggressive market share targets. Provide critical market intelligence to guide product development.

- High-Volume Sales: Drive B2B sales of manufactured solar products, targeting large EPCs, IPPs, and Project Developers.

- Key Account Management: Build and maintain C-level relationships with strategic customers and negotiate major supply agreements (MSAs).

- Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage the budget.

- Technical Liaison: Act as the commercial link between the customer and internal Engineering/Manufacturing teams to ensure proposals are technically and commercially viable.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 6+ years in Business Development/Sales, with a proven track record in both rooftop and ground-mounted solar.

- Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Deep understanding of solar project economics (LCOE, ROI) and PV product technical specifications.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
