Job Title: Business Development Manager
Experience: 5-7 Years
Location: Remote / India / Singapore

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for staffing and recruitment services across India and Singapore.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, outbound emails, and LinkedIn campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
- Source and validate leads from Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports with management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Skillsets & Competencies
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in Business Development, with at least 2 years in staffing/recruitment services.
- Strong knowledge of international markets preferably Singapore, U.S., or Middle East.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha for prospecting.
- Excellent cold calling, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle, client requirements, and recruitment delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
