Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Client Acquisitions to join our recruitment business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, nurturing relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, TA Leaders, CXOs), and driving revenue growth through strategic business development in the staffing & recruitment domain.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking events.


- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across industries like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, etc.


- Pitch recruitment services (permanent, contract staffing, RPO, executive search, etc.

) tailored to the clients hiring needs.


- Lead the end-to-end client acquisition process from lead generation and proposal creation to pricing negotiation and onboarding.


- Coordinate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure effective fulfilment of client mandates.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/tools, and provide regular updates to management on client pipeline and revenue forecasts.


- Build long-term strategic relationships to grow accounts into high-value partnerships.


- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategy.


Required Skills & Experience:


- 38 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry.


- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.


- Strong network of HR/TA professionals and decision-makers is highly desirable.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Understanding of recruitment processes, hiring cycles, and client expectations.


- Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
