Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager (BDM).
- The BDM will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
- The role also includes negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Strong understanding of market research and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Relevant experience in IT recruitment and staffing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
