- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and converting qualified interior project leads into revenue.

- This role requires strong communication skills, follow-through, and the ability to coordinate with design and project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead Management & Conversion - Handle all incoming leads from marketing, website, walk-ins, references, and social media.

- Contact leads within the required response time (30-60 minutes).

- Understand client requirements and pass accurate briefs to the design team.

- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and next actions.

- Sales & Revenue Growth - Present proposals, quotations, 3D designs, and BOQs to clients.

- Handle negotiations and close deals within defined timelines.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Upsell and cross-sell modular furniture, decor, and add-on services.

- Build strong client rapport throughout the sales cycle.

- Coordinate between clients, designers, and project managers during the pre-sales stage.

- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

- Collect feedback and support the marketing team with testimonials.
