Role Overview:
- Drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities in architectural and interior design projects
- Build strong client relationships and expand the companys presence in the real estate and construction ecosystem
- Act as a key interface between clients and internal design and execution teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in architecture and interior design projects
- Acquire new clients through meetings, presentations, and relationship-building efforts
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, presentations, cost estimates, and follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with design and execution teams for accurate project pitching
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
- Achieve assigned revenue, growth, and conversion targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
- Number and value of new clients and projects acquired
- Conversion rate from leads to signed projects
- Growth in repeat business and client referrals
- Accuracy and timeliness of proposals and presentations
- Stakeholder satisfaction and internal coordination effectiveness
Required Experience:
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Relevant experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in client-facing roles and proposal-driven sales
