Business Development Manager Job Description About Us: We are a fast-growing real estate and architecture firm delivering high-impact commercial and residential projects with a strong focus on design excellence, project execution, and client satisfaction. As we expand our client portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who understands the technical nuances of the industry and can drive strategic growth. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and convert leads into revenue-generating projects. A strong foundation in civil engineering or architectural understanding is essential to bridge the gap between technical project details and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Prepare and deliver business proposals and commercial bids. - Collaborate with design and project teams. - Maintain understanding of project timelines, scope, costing, and contracts. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings. - Meet revenue targets and support growth objectives. Key Requirements: - 4-10 years of business development experience in real estate, architecture, or construction. - Strong technical understanding of civil engineering or construction. - Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. - Proven lead conversion experience. - Ability to understand design proposals and drawings. - Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented. - Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. - Based in Delhi (work from office; client travel required). Preferred Qualifications - MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory). - Existing industry network in Delhi NCR is a plus.
