Job Description: Business Development Manager Real Estate


Position Overview


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth for the real estate division.


The role focuses on identifying potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting company projects to maximize sales and market visibility.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Client Acquisition


- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and referrals.


- Generate qualified leads and convert them into prospective buyers.


- Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients across residential and commercial segments.


Sales & Revenue Growth


- Promote and sell company projects to prospective clients.


- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.


- Negotiate deals, close transactions, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Market Research & Strategy


- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.


- Provide insights to management for improving project positioning and sales strategies.


- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.


Relationship Management


- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporates, and HNIs.


- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.


- Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.


Documentation & Coordination


- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Legal, Sales Admin) for seamless execution of bookings.


- Ensure accurate documentation including agreements, payments, and compliance records.


- Maintain CRM entries and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).


- 2 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.


- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to build relationships with HNIs, investors, and corporate clients.


- Good understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal basics.


- Goal-oriented with strong drive to achieve sales targets.


- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.


The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.


This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.


They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualifications
