About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager (Female) with 34 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in client handling, customer relationship management, and on-ground sales activities, including property site visits.

This role involves driving business growth, managing client interactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide professional guidance on property options.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.

- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction and conversions.

Sales & Business Development:

- Drive property sales by actively engaging with clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.

- Present property features, pricing, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

- Coordinate with the sales team and management for lead conversion strategies.

Property Dealing & Site Visits:

- Conduct on-site property visits with clients and provide detailed walkthroughs.

- Assist clients in understanding the property layout, location advantages, and amenities.

- Maintain updated knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and offers.

Market Research & Reporting:

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments.

- Prepare and share regular reports on leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales closures.

- Provide insights to management on customer preferences and market opportunities
