Role Overview:


We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and sales growth in the Permanent Hiring and RPO space, specifically targeting the GCC and Consulting industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry connects, a consultative sales approach, and a clear understanding of the specialized recruitment demands, delivery models, and scale opportunities within these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive New Business: Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities targeting the GCCs and Consulting firms.

- Enterprise Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based partnerships with CHROs, Talent Heads, and Business Leaders to unlock long-term value.

- Sell What Scales: From niche leadership roles to RPO hiring - tailor your pitch to client needs and close big deals

- Market Intelligence & Strategic Hunting: Leverage insights to target high-growth accounts, map organizational structures, and stay ahead of hiring trends.

- Sales Ownership & Revenue Goals: Take complete ownership of the sales funnel - drive conversions and build a strong deal pipeline.

- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and mandate fulfilment.

Candidate Profile:

- Recruitment Sales Pro: 5-8 years of BD experience in PERM and/or RPO hiring solutions.

- Proven Closer: Strong track record of winning new clients, scaling key accounts, and smashing revenue targets in a B2B sales setup.

- Sales Skills That Win: Sharp communicator, expert in market mapping, consultative pitching, and proposal crafting.
