Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Payroll who can independently acquire payroll clients and manage end-to-end client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales capabilities and hands-on experience in payroll services.

- Acquire new clients for payroll and staffing services

- Manage and grow existing payroll client accounts

- Handle end-to-end client onboarding and account management

- Understand client requirements and propose customized payroll solutions

- Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams

- Ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction

- Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Payroll / Staffing Business Development

- Proven track record of closing payroll clients

- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently and handle key accounts
