Description: We are having an opening for Business Development Manager Oncology for a global pharmaceutical company at Cochin & Chandigarh.
Position: Business Development Manager Oncology.
Exp: 4+ years.
Location: Cochin Kerala & Chandigarh.
Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and business expansion for oncology products across Kerala.
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, cancer institutes, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within assigned territory.
- Manage key accounts and ensure effective product positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand strategies and launches.
Skills:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oncology sales/business development.
- Currently working with top MNCs or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong understanding of oncology therapy, market dynamics, and institutional business.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
